Located on Gross-Berliner Damm in the outskirts of Berlin Johannisthal/ Adlershof whilst being within close proximity to all major motorways and the city centre, the complex primarily offers office and logistic spaces for Polar Refrigeration.

The design utilizes the space to its maximum potential and allows for future additional rental offices, and additionally space for future expansion. The building is broken down into the following intertwined units; a production hall, a social & technical department, offices, loading bays, parking and rentable units. These individual flexible units connect harmonically via centrally located circulation cores and exterior landscaped pathways. Utilization of porous pavings and green rooftops contribute additionally to the site’s green character.The façade greets passersby with a simple visual statement that disguises the functionality of the loading bays and logistic services within the yard. The generous openings allow for beneficial natural light to enter the office units.
